When you submit the missed-call audit form, we collect:
To generate your audit, we look up your business's public Google Business Profile (via the Google Places API) — things like hours, services listed, review count, and photos. This is public information about the business you told us about, not personal data about you as an individual.
We do not use your submission to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
Submissions are stored in a Postgres database (hosted on Neon) so we can follow up and track lead status. Access to the leads dashboard is restricted to stoneVEIL staff and protected by password authentication.
| Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google (Gemini API, Places API) | Audit generation, business lookup |
| Resend | Delivering your audit email |
| Calendly | Booking discovery calls |
| Neon (Postgres) | Storing lead records |
Each of these providers processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate site traffic stats. Plausible is cookieless — it doesn't track you individually or across other sites, and doesn't collect personal data. We don't run advertising trackers or set cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep lead records as long as reasonably useful for follow-up and business records, and delete or anonymize them on request (see Section 9).
The site runs over HTTPS, validates and sanitizes all form input, and rate-limits submissions to reduce abuse. The admin dashboard requires authentication.
To request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, email origin@stoneveil.io. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If how we handle data changes materially, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
